Training

Training is an integral part of ICPL’s services. We strongly believe in continuous and on going interaction with our customers and active exchange of knowledge, experience and ideas. The training sessions provide an ideal platform to effect such interaction.

This is a three day residential program conducted at our facility in India. The target audience is the production executives, managers and the R&D scientists. The program covers many topics such as basics of coating, coating equipment, coating products, core development and trouble shooting. The faculty consists of Technical and Coating experts. The program also includes hands-on practical sessions to put the theory into practice.

The onsite training is mainly organized considering the demand from the hard-pressed production supervisors and operators. Such training sessions are arranged at the customer’s site and are conducted by technical experts from ICPL. These sessions give an opportunity to customers to strengthen their theoretical base and trouble shoot their typical problems on their own machines.

ICPL strongly believes in knowledge exchange across the boundaries of pharmaceutical sciences and hence we, at ICPL, participate in various professional gatherings such as IPA, regional pharmaceutical associations, academic institutes etc.
