INSTACOAT Film Coating Systems are dry
blend concentrates of polymers, plasticizers, pigments,
opacifiers, glidents, binders, antitacking agents, antifoaming
agents, surfactants, fillers and extenders. Polymers
constitute a major component of the film coating system and
our systems are based on Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose
(HPMC), Grafted Poly Vinyl Alcohol, Sodium Alginate (SA),
Cellulose Acetate Phthalate (CAP),Hydroxy Propyl Methyl
Cellulose Phthalate(HPMC-P), Methacrylic Acid Co-polymer Type
'C' and Methacrylic Acid Co-polymer Type 'A'. Likewise,
Pigments constitute a very critical component for visual
distinction and our systems are based on Lake Colors, Natural
Colors, Aluminium Lakes, FD&C Aluminium Lakes and
Pharmaceutical grade Titanium Dioxide (TiO2).
INSTACOAT Film Coating Systems are ready to use
and are available in aqueous, hydroalcoholic or organic
systems. They can be reconstituted with organic solvent
system, aqueous system or hydro-alcoholic system to prepare
